The Avenue fills from end to end. The Enclosure hums with anticipation. And when the field rounds the bend for the $160,000 TAB Mooloolaba Cup, the whole course leans forward as one. This is Queensland’s summer racing carnival, opening for the season on the Sunshine Coast, one of the great days on the racing calendar, right here in our backyard.
The Ferris Wheel is back. Alex Hayes headlines a full day of live music alongside Sunshine Coast local Beverly Thrills. Billy J hosts Fashions on the Field. The Stone and Wood Pavilion, presented by The Dock Mooloolaba, brings coastal cool to the rails. The Establishment, Parade Ring Terrace and Atrium Dining all open their doors.
