Terms and Conditions for High Striker Prize Redemption 31.05.24

General Terms:

Eligibility:

The High Striker game is open to participants aged 18+ at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club 91.1 Hot FM Ladies Oaks Day on Friday, 31 May 2024.

Access to the event is restricted to individuals aged 18+ with security checks at the gates.

Employees of the Sunshine Coast Turf Club and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Participation:

Each participant is entitled to three attempts to score 10,000 points in one strike on the High Striker.

Fair play and prevention of cheating will be ensured by the Big Fun host overseeing the game.

Prize Draw:

Participants who score 10,000 points in one strike on the High Striker will be eligible to enter a random prize draw to win The Establishment package for two people on TAB Mooloolaba Cup Day.

Participants must scan the provided QR code, which will take them to a Google sheet where they can enter their details.

Participants must enter the prize draw by 5:05 pm on Friday, 31 May 2024.

Winner Notification:

Winners of the major prize will be contacted using the details they provide during participation.

Winners will have one week to respond. If they do not respond within this time, a redraw will be conducted.

Consolation Prizes:

Participants who do not score 10,000 points may draw one prize from the barrel. Prizes include:

  • 2 tickets to Friday Night Races
  • 2 tickets to Sunday Races
  • 2 tickets to TAB Mooloolaba Cup Day

Participants can only select one consolation prize and may try again at the High Striker, waiting their turn if they wish.

Prize Redemption:

6. Unique Codes: – Each prize comes with a unique code for online ticket redemption.

Redemption Process:

Visit the Sunshine Coast Turf Club website at www.sctc.com.au.

Select the desired race event as specified.

Enter the unique code at checkout to redeem your tickets.

Validity Period:

The unique redemption codes are valid until 22 June 2025, subject to the availability of racing events and tickets.

Conditions:

Non-transferable: – Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies.

Event Changes:

Sunshine Coast Turf Club reserves the right to change event dates or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be communicated via email to participants who have redeemed their tickets.

No compensation will be provided for canceled events.

Redemption Assistance:

For any assistance with ticket redemption, participants can email events@sctc.com.au. Response time is within 48 business hours.

Compliance:

By participating, participants agree to comply with all event rules and regulations set forth by the Sunshine Coast Turf Club and Big Fun.

Right to Amend:

Sunshine Coast Turf Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will not be notified of amendments.

14. No Liability: – Sunshine Coast Turf Club will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in the High Striker game or using the prizes. Refer to our full T&Cs: Sunshine Coast Turf Club Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure:

Sunshine Coast Turf Club is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions that may prevent the fulfillment of these terms. Acknowledgment: By participating in the High Striker game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
