Ladies Oaks Day 2024 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: 91.1 Hot FM Ladies Oaks Day is strictly an 18 and over event, entrants must be aged 18 or above only. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period: The competition begins on Wednesday 24th April 2024 and ends at 9:00am Monday 13th May 2024. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entrants must follow the specified entry guidelines including liking, tagging the correct accounts, and sharing the competition post for bonus entries. Incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified.
4. Selection of Winners: Winner will be selected at random and must meet the entry requirements. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the SCTC, whose decision is final and binding in all respects.
5. Prizes: The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable and subject to availability.

• Red Hot Garden Party Package: The Red Hot Garden Party package must be redeemed at the 91.1 Hot FM Ladies Oaks Day 2024 event and are not transferable to any other raceday’s.
• $100 Bar Tab: The $100 Bar tab included in the Red Hot Garden Party Package must be redeemed at the event venue during Friday 31^st May 2024. Any unused portion of the bar tab will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to future events.
• Billy J Voucher Expiry: The $150 Billy J gift vouchers must be redeemed within three years from the date of issue and are subject to Billy J terms and conditions.
• Super Disco Club Meet & Greet: The exclusive backstage pass to Meet and Greet Super Disco Club and capture images from SCTC Photographer is subject to availability and scheduling arrangements determined by SCTC and Super Disco Club.
• Tesla Transfers Noosa: The premium zero emissions Tesla Transfers to and from the Sunshine Coast Turf Club are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance with Tesla Transfers Noosa. Any addition services beyond the transfer may incur extra charges and are the responsibility of the prize winner.

1. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram private messages to provide their contact details to redeem the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the stipulated 48 hours, the SCTC reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
2. Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the organizing body from any liability, damages, losses, or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
3. Privacy: Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the competition and SCTC’s membership marketing purposes which you can opt out of upon being contacted.
4. Right to Modify or Cancel: The SCTC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its control.

Entrants are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions before entering the competition. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
