TERMS & Conditions of Entry

By entering this competition, entrants confirm they understand and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to Queensland, Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Deadline: The competition closes at 9:00am on Thursday, 16 November 2023. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
3. Notification: Only the winner(s) will be notified by email. The winner(s) must respond within 24 hours of notification, or the prize may be reallocated. Reallocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
4. Entry Requirements: To enter, entrants must complete all fields of the required form, providing their Full Name, Email, and Postcode. They must also follow the entry instructions and answer all competition questions. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address, or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
5. Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of the prize.
6. Promoter’s Rights: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition without notice.
7. Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss, including loss of opportunity, or damage, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or inconsequential loss, or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
8. Event Specifics: Winners must adhere to the terms and conditions of any prize tickets, including any age restrictions for specific events.
   9. Travel Arrangements: The prize includes specific experiences and tickets as mentioned in the competition description. It does not cover any additional travel expenses, including but not limited to transportation to Ocean View Helicopters, the departure location at 11:00am Saturday 18 November 2023; 20 Pathfinder Drive Caloundra Airport and from the the event location, Sunshine Coast Turf Club 170 Pierce Avenue Corbould Park 4551. The winner is responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements, and no additional travel-related expenses will be provided as part of this prize.
